Growing Grand Island/Tonawanda based landscaping company is looking for hard working individuals who have experience in lawn care, landscaping, and outdoor labor. Lawn Maintenance/Landscaping Crew Members and Crew Chiefs Position Summary: The primary responsibility is to safely and efficiently provide lawn maintenance and landscaping services on assigned properties. Services include mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, bed maintenance, spring and fall clean up, mulching, landscape design, and more. Responsibilities: - Work to assure quality and timely completion of all tasks assigned. - Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner at all times. - Be sensitive and respectful of Company equipment and customer’s property at all times. - Identify problems at the work site and follow through appropriately. - Serve as a model Company employee especially in regards to promptness, language and dress. Compensation: Based On Experience ($18-$25 per hour) Minimum Qualifications - Must have a positive attitude, patience, and good follow-through skills. - Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. - Must have endurance necessary to perform duties for long periods of time. - Must have valid NYS drivers license with a driving record acceptable to the Company's insurance carrier - Reliable transportation. *Winter seasonal positions available as well.* We are an equal opportunity employer.
