We're hiring a Facilities Supervisor for a reputable non-profit organization who will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the team, buildings, and grounds of an 11-acre property. This will include supervising the staff, managing site health and safety, and developing and maintaining building and grounds care schedules. Apply now! Hours Full-time Location Kaneohe, Oahu Pay $45,000 a year Responsibilities Directly supervise employees on the facility team including hiring, training, and performance management. Manage access to the premises and maintain security. Supervise custodial, lawn care, and pool care schedules. Ensure that unsafe conditions are corrected and documented in a timely manner. Investigate complaints about buildings and grounds and coordinate corrective action with management. Coordinate pre-event and post-event activities. Recommend or arrange additional services, such as painting, repair work, renovations, and the replacement of furnishings and equipment with advance approval. Coordinate with external contractors. Perform other related duties as needed. Qualifications High school diploma (or GED or high school equivalence certificate). At least 3 years of supervisory experience for team and facility care. Must have knowledge of facility maintenance services with the ability to supervise and develop teams, facility schedules. and day-to-day building and grounds activities related to plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, mechanical repair, and landscaping.
