Healthy Male Congo. His re-homing fee, for bird with cage, is $1200. He is hand tamed and talking, but for experienced parrot owners' only. Expect to spend time with him; parrots are intelligent and they require daily attention or they will show their disappointment in their owner's neglect by becoming an unpleasant screamer and biter. If you do not have time for a parrot, please do not get one.
