This position is responsible for the daily operations of Arbor Care providing a variety of services to our loyal client base. The highest priority of this position is safety. Potential candidates must be organized, great communicators, and process daily paperwork. The position also requires great customer service with professionalism and is expected to be a leader. Equipment used for Arbor Care: 1. Truck and trailer 2. Chainsaw 3. Blower 4. Chipper 5. Hydraulic Lift 6. Heavy Equipment, skid with grapple Daily Tasks: 1. Preparation and inspection of truck and equipment used on a daily basis. 2. Inventory of assigned equipment. 3. Daily and weekly maintenance of truck and all equipment associated with services. 4. Work in a safe and efficient manner. 5. Be open and supportive for training, equipment, and techniques for completion of contracted work. Report any and all equipment malfunctions to mechanic for immediate repair. 6. Required to wear proper personal protective equipment and assure other crew members are wearing personal protective equipment. 7. Be observant on all properties for any other necessary care needs. Communicate client needs to management. 8. Required to clock in and out every day. 9. Truck and trailers are to be washed weekly and trash removed daily to keep a neat and clean appearance for clients in the field. There is a 90 day probationary period. 12. Looking for a full-time position for a qualifying individual. Requirements: 1. High school diploma or GED equivalent. 2. Minimum 5 years of prior work history in Landscaping is a plus. 4. Drug free work place. 5. Excellent punctuality. 6. Great attitude. 7. A valid driver’s license is REQUIRED. With a good MVR. 8. Class B or Higher License is a plus. Job Type: Full-time
