Landscape maintenance and light construction. Must be able to work outside. Must be self motivated, complete jobs with little supervision. Must be able to manage a 3 or 4 person crew efficiently. Must have driver license. Must be able to travel over night a few times per month. Know how to operate zero-turns, weedeater, etc.... Should know how to operate tractor with batwing mower or be willing to learn. Able to speak Spanish is a plus. Most important BE DEPENDABLE! If you have constantly hold your phone in one hand and your pants up with the other, don't call. Be reliable! Don't have so much personal drama, you can't even get a full week in. Show up for work, ready to work, on damn time!
