Job Description Cleaning With Meaning (CWM) is a professional residential and commercial cleaning company. . This is a part time position. Must be able to work with developmental disabled individuals. The Cleaner must work with high integrity with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Include: Review and coach individuals with developmental disabilities with cleaning tasks. Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing. Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and or vacuuming. Gather and empty trash. Service, clean, and supply restrooms. Clean and polish furniture and fixtures. Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegee. Dust furniture, walls, machine, and equipment. Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards. Notify supervisors on any damages, deficits and disturbances. Must be able to clean. Prior experience preferred but not a required for the right person Must be service oriented- Actively looking for ways to assist people. Requirements: Good customer service skills required. Must be available at least 15 hours per week. Must have a clean background and pass a background check. Must be fluent in English (verbal and written communication) Easy going and dependable. Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays!!! Principals only. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $16.00 per hour
