Guitarist looking for original band

I am a 33 year old guitarist looking for an original band to play in or start. I can play lead and rhythm, I can write demo music in programs such as Ableton, Garage Band, and Reaper, and I can read music and tabs. Willing to play: Jam Band or Jazz Rock/Nu Jazz (Thundercat, The Comet is Coming) Post Rock (Explosions in the Sky, Godspeed You! Black Emperor) Prog Rock/Metal (Chon, Dream Theater, Polyphia, Scale the Summit) (good luck to us lol) And other things in this arena. Will take other suggestions, but NOT willing to play Classic Rock or "Warped Tour" music. Also not into Extreme Metal. Covers can be agreed upon as Ice Breakers but are not the main event. I am looking for COLLABORATION. Not a scenario where I write all the music or, alternatively, you write all the music and command me to learn it note-by-note. You scratch my back, I'll scratch yours. I want a constructive, positive collaborations where we can help each other realize our ideas to the end... not looking for people who are negative, stubborn, or those who like to shut others down. Everyone is expected to come to practice with at least a couple of ideas they want to work on. Unless you've got space for rehearsals and jam sessions, they are PAY events booked in advance at a local studio, costs to be split evenly among the group. This generally means around ~$10 per person each time we meet. UNLESS YOU HAVE YOUR OWN FULLY EQUPPED PRACTICE SPACE DO NOT RESPOND IF THIS IS NOT OK.
