•Responsible for maintenance and repairs of residential and commercial units – including: plumbing, painting. minor repairs, install appliances (being able to install flooring a plus) •Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs - unclogging toilets, etc. •Need to have attention to detail, and ability to sight problems and troubleshoot them •Able to do routine maintenance from task given daily and for emergencies •Track work orders assigned from maintenance manager •Communicate on the status of work orders •Collaborate and work well with other team members •Employee must have a truck or van Salary is compensate with experience Speak to Laura at 954.922.3133 for more details
