Reserve component is part-time(1 weekend a month and 2 full weeks out of the year) in New York City Active Duty component is full-time and the Army will relocate you and your family to wherever they need you to do your job. The Army has over 150 career positions available ranging from human resources, military police, pharmacist, and so many more. You qualify for positions by taking a test that consist of common things you've learned in high school such as paragraph comprehension, vocabulary, and mathematics. The higher you score on this test the more job opportunities you'll have.
