I was walking my dog around 11pm on Wednesday night and an unleashed dog ran up. You said your dog was "...", either you were speaking quietly or trailed off. Your dog didn't respond when you called it and didn't engage respectfully with my older dog who was on leash. So sorry to have had to pepper-spray your dog. My dog got a whiff and a mildly unpleasant rest of our walk. You probably already realize you need to bathe your dog well. I recalled later that you were wearing glasses and it was dark, so you might not have even realized what had happened. It was all pretty quick. I don't need to talk with you, I'm just hoping you know about the pepper spray...and that your dog does not suffer!
