Coach K and Coach Kel are new instructors @ The MAX Challenge, and we need some practice! Join us for a free workout on March 31st at either 9:30am (Coach K) or 5:30pm (Coach Kel) and let us test our talents out on you. Bonus points for any feedback after the class :]
What you need to know: 45-minute class, super bouncy mats (easy on the knees), endless modifications, customized for ALL levels of fitness.
What to bring: tennis shoes and a water bottle, that's it!
