OneTreeLove invites you to take a hike and practice yoga outdoor in the fresh air. Together, we will get some Vitamin N and natureRx. OneTreeLove invites you to take a hike and practice yoga outdoor in the fresh air. Together, we will get some Vitamin N and natureRx connecting with self, others, and nature. Yoga will be done throughout the hike without use of mat. Group size will be 10 per leader. Leaders will be Lisa Meranti and Laura Tecca. Level/Ages: This hike yogAdventure is open to ages five and up with guardian participation. All participants must be able to walk on uneven terrain for 1-2.5 miles. Safety practices: Face coverings during the hike are required. Six feet of distance between mats will be maintained unless you are with family members. In the event of thunder and lightning, a cancellation may occur up to a hour prior or delay for maximum of one hour.
