* Lamb shank in pachamanca sauce with mashed plantains and roasted tomatoes.
* Corvina escabeche with gratin purple potato.
* Squid stuffed with crab pulp in lobster sauce with grilled shrimp with ratotuille.

* Wine cake with chicha Morada mousse, blackberry ice cream, and "Mango flavored tres leches".
* Banana split temptation "sweet plantain cooked with a Colombian soda (Roman cola)" stuffed with caramel covered in passion fruit meringue.
