Apply online at: PJS is immediately hiring a full time exterior day porters for our buildings located close to 183 and McNeil Drive. Looking for someone to start ASAP. Position: (78759), schedule Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Pay rate is $15 per hour. Position Requirements: • Has above-mentioned schedule availability • Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus • Follow instructions and is eager to learn • Presents a neat and professional appearance • Possesses a positive attitude and strong work ethic • Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach, pull and lift heavy objects, up to 25 lbs. • Must be able to walk or stand for the duration of their shift • Must be able to pass a background check • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Must be comfortable and can successfully use a smartphone and various applications. •Customer service experience a plus, as candidate will be in direct contact with building tenant throughout shift Responsibilities/Tasks may include, but are not limited to: • Exterior trash removal, dusting, light maintenance, maintaining grounds, kitchen/break area/conference room cleaning, vacuum carpeted areas, and general floor cleaning, trash removal, dusting and other additional duties as assigned.
