Janitorial Maintenance
Monroe Group is looking for a Janitorial Maintenance Technician to join our team!
The Job: This Janitorial Maintenance position must provide; a clean, sanitary comfortable, orderly and satisfying surrounding for the residents, employees, and visitors. The Janitorial Maintenance Tech must follow the instructions as given for handling, cleaning, disposing, and moving of objects/materials.
Cleaning of halls, common areas, and vacant units, to include but not limited to, floors, walls, doors, bathrooms, grounds, stairwells, windows and appliances as instructed.
Complete grounds work, which may include picking up trash, sweeping curbs, and maintain areas around the dumpster
Follows all company emergency procedures. Ensure safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, City, State and Federal guidelines
All other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS for consideration are:
High School diploma or equivalent,(College Degree is preferred)
