If I see you picking up an order from a restaurant without a hot bag...I will report you.....you will have a contract violation on your record. I am not playing around anymore. I have had 50 drivers deactivated in the last 2 years. I don't care what your excuse is anymore. It is simple...you signed a contract with Doordash to deliver food using a hot bag....to keep hot food hot and cold food cold. We are in the midst of a Pandemic as well....you need to have a hot bag to protect the order. I am not going to spend anymore of my money buying hot bags to give out. I will not talk to you...all that does is get me yelled at and swore at. You have all been warned. I am sick and tired of restaurants and customers complaining to me about hot bags only being used by 2 or 3 drivers in Missoula. Doordash is tired of refunding customers for cold food. Restaurants are tired of customers complaining about cold food being delivered. I don't care who you are or if you have been delivering for years....I will report you.
