Royal Bath Refinishing is currently looking for reliable, respectful and hardworking individuals who are willing and motivated to learn and train in the skilled trade of refinishing. Job Description Position: Fulltime, Monday-Saturday- Weekends as needed. Job Duties: Cleaning, prepping and spraying of bath and kitchen fixtures (tubs, showers, sinks, counters, floors etc.) and repairs of chips and blemishes. Driving to and from job locations throughout the greater San Francisco Bay area. Company transportation is provided. Safe handling and proper maintenance of all refinishing equipment, to include the use of a ventilation system and personal protective equipment. Training, tools and support are provided. Professional customer interaction and continuous quality assurance Daily reporting to home office to obtain work orders and supplies. Identifying necessary project materials and safety equipment. All materials and safety equipment is provided. Following established safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment. General shop maintenance and custodial duties. Working as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Clean driving record and valid California Driver’s License. Able to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs. Able to repeatedly walk up and down stairs, use of ladders and use of various hand and power tools. Attention to detail and pride in your work is a must. Able to work with little to no supervision. Able to comply with all Covid-19 precautions. Able to work in close surroundings with fellow team members. Able to clearly communicate, read, and write effectively. Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check. Previous experience in surface refinishing is preferred, but not necessary.
