Job Description Bay Areas leading fencing contractor is looking for a dynamic detail oriented field manager/superintendent to run multiple new home wood fencing and ornamental iron projects. Responsibilities: Pre-site all new builder projects in the Bay Area region and provide reports to the Production Manager on the scope of work, site conditions, and material lists. Supervise production crews under your management. Interface directly with Job-Site Superintendents and Customer Service staff for your projects. Solve problems with customers and crews as they arise. Create and submit the material list for the following day's work Oversee all safety programs. Attend contractor, and tailgate safety meetings. Start and final walk all jobs. Layout and call in all jobs for USA, and write up pre-sites and fax or email them to the office. Measure jobs and turn in with all required paperwork Take pictures of all final walks and document them properly Educate crews on proper installation, clean up, quality of work, and safety. Promote pride and quality in the workplace Make sure all jobs and customers are 100% completely satisfied. Preferred Requirements Bilingual College Graduate Clean driving record Good understanding of MS Office, able to understand our internal project management system 2-4 Years of construction experience Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time
