THE POSITION The  is now accepting applications for Maintenance Person I/II. The Maintenance Person I/II will perform a variety of semi-skilled and skilled maintenance, alteration, and/or equipment repair work involved in the maintenance and repair of assigned buildings, pools, landscaping, and related equipment to include carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, concrete, and/or mechanical repair skills. Maintenance Person I and Maintenance Person II serve as an alternate class series. Persons may be initially employed in either level depending on their qualifications.
