E. L. Services, Inc. is a full-service maintenance and landscape company based in Union City, California. Licensed, bonded and fully insured. We are looking for honest, reliable individuals to be a part of our team. We have led the landscape industry with high quality workmanship, water management, and customer service. We are a medium sized Design/Build/Maintenance company. We are currently looking to hire full time: * Landscape maintenance Drivers / Crew Leaders and * Installation crew helpers. NEEDED SKILLS: CREW LEADERS: • Lead crew members • Must be able to communicate needs of the client to supervisor, ensures quality of all work, and communicates with clients if necessary. • Identifying plant health and pest issues • Proficient with all hand and power tools used in landscape maintenance including 21'' mowers, 36'' mowers, hard edgers, string weedeaters, hedge trimmers, blowers, etc. - NEEDED SKILLS: INSTALLATION CREW HELPER * Identifying components of irrigation systems to include basic troubleshooting and repairs for both drip and spray irrigation systems. * Programming irrigation controllers * Perform complete irrigation reports * Landscaping & plant installation BENEFITS/WAGES -$19.00 - $23.00/hr. (based experience) -Paid vacation (after 1 year) -Paid sick leave (after 90 days) -Paid holidays (after 1 year) QUALIFICATIONS -Clean DMV/Valid license -Able to be on your feet all day and regularly lift 50-75lbs -Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) is beneficial but not required -Reliable, show up on time every day
