Biotricity. an innovative and future-oriented medical technology company, has an immediate opening for a Production Technician to assist with the production of our medical devices. The Production Technician will be an integral part of the Biotricity team, working onsite at our Redwood City office alongside the Operations Manager. The Production Technician's responsibilities will include assisting with supervising the control processes, performing various tests on devices, writing up reports, as well as diagnosing and resolving problems with our devices, methods, and equipment. Production Technician Responsibilities: • Test and assemble devices • Assist with inventory control, maintenance, and filling out documentation relating to device status • Clean and repair RMA devices • QA/QC inspections and reporting • Identifying faults and troubleshooting wherever possible • Implementing preventative maintenance methods • Staying up-to-date with efficient methods of production and equipment maintenance procedures Production Technician Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing/production with devices • Top-notch analytic, problem solving, and observational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • A positive attitude • Self-directed learner
