When our planet is of concern,,,, What is the ideal population (environmentally)? How about North America ? The answer comes from our metro and urban centers. The observed social climate is desperate and violent,,, Maybe the control of our border has little relevance to some BUT the need to control our population is not about race ; It is 1 Economic, 2practical, 3 Environmental, 4 pragmatic, 5 Logical, 6 rooted in the survival instinct, 7 Scientific, NOT 8 racial. Unless you address #1 to 7 the mention of #8 is RACIST by definition. Here in America, we crossed the point of some racially exclusive and "pure" society hundreds of years ago and that is OK,,,, so bringing skin color up as justification over #1 to 7 just proves how valuable # 8 is to your calculation.
