We are in search of a good home for our rescued Old German Owl pigeon. Lindy was rescued while injured on the side of a busy street. He is now fully healthy, active, and curious. We are planning a move out of state, so need to find him a happy new place to call home. He spends most of his day strutting about, cooing, or dancing around if you spend time near his enclosure. He's definitely not all that fond of being handled directly and may peck or try his wing-attack. His beak is small, and so is he, so he can't do any damage. We tend to enjoy him across the boundary of his cage, but he's easy enough to grab from behind for cage cleanings, checkups, etc. He is very social and curious about people and our dogs and cats. He also loves to dance around when we have music playing. All in all, he's a mellow and delightful pet who we are sorry to have to part ways with. We are asking a $20 rehoming fee to include: his cage (31"x21"x53"), toys, food containers, food, debris netting, and night cover. Any food we have on hand is yours too. Our main priority is making sure he goes to a quality home with people who will love and appreciate his quirkiness. If you think that is you, please reach out and tell us a bit about your home! Cheers
