4 yr old indian ringneck Previous owners cut off its wings but will grow back. I bought him for $1000 selling for $800 price is firm. He can say Good boy, come here, gimme kiss, he will make kissing sounds, he will sing to tunes like if your happy and you now it and he made his own little tunes. He's so loving and friendly. He has never bit me once and he became friendly with me within the first week. He will step up and he is capable if a lot of things if you teach him well.
