Duties and Responsibilities: Not everyone is willing to do the work. The question is … Are you??? • Ensure work site is set up • Perform basic to routine glass block window installations • Perform work site tear down and cleanup of the job site • Maintaining truck and equipment in proper working order • Professional and courteous at all times when interacting with customers and co-workers • Showing up to work on time and doing everything necessary to get the job done correctly Qualifications: Most people feel they have what it takes … Until they must be accountable. • High School diploma or equivalent • Ability to lift/carry objects up to 60 pounds. • Satisfactory background check and drug screening • Working knowledge of hand and power tools • Good communicator • Strong problem-solving skills • Ambition to excel to the next level in work and life Pay Range – $14 to $17 an hour, with room for advancement to a Lead Installer!
