Anyone ever build a electronics project box?

Seeking someone with basic electronics building skills to build me a "battery box" for a vintage electric acoustic guitar. The guitar has a built in pickup, but requires an external battery box to send the signal to the amp. It's been described to me a bit like phantom power. I will obviously pay for the parts and for your time. Here is a list of what it will be needed. I will provide the parts. Quick list of parts to give you an idea of what will be included. I have more detailed instructions. Hammond 1590B or 1590BB cast aluminum boxes(case) Stereo jack Box - metal three 9-volt batteries connectors for 9 volt batteries two 1/4" phone jacks LM317 voltage regulator and two resistors) The schematic will also help.
