Independent Mortgage Inspections is hiring sub contractors to perform mortgage inspections in and around the Jackson area[see map Z10] these are visual inspections, conducted during daylight hours, to verify residential property occupancy & condition. Applicant must be highly organized and self-motivated. This is a 1099 position. Requirements- available during daylight hours, use a Samsung galaxy or I-phone 8 or higher, reliable vehicle, computer, printer and scanner, must pass background check.
