Landscape Worker Trilogy at Redmond Ridge is seeking a Landscape Worker who enjoys working outdoors, can work independently, follow direction, and make good decisions, responsible, detail oriented. Qualifications: • Two years of commercial garden maintenance experience is preferred • Valid driver’s license is required • High School Diploma (or equivalent) • Excellent written and verbal communication • Must be a team player who is committed to delivering high-level customer service • Adaptable and dependable with a solid attendance record • Professional and respectful demeanor with all staff, members, and vendors at all times • Ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision Job Duties: • General grounds clean-up and trash disposal • Weeding, watering, deadheading annuals in flower beds and containers • Provide ornamental plant care such as pruning and transplanting • Repairing lawn damage • Safe operation of equipment including backpack blower, power edger, pressure washer and water truck equipment • Use standard maintenance equipment, including vehicles, power equipment, tools, etc. • Be stationary or in motion for periods of time • Ability to lift up to (50) pounds • Able to perform outdoor work in all types of weather, including snow removal • Maintain a clean and well-organized organized maintenance area • Applying landscape chemicals such as fertilizers, wetting agents, herbicides • Other duties and special projects as assigned This is a full-time opportunity (40 hours per week) with year-round employment. After 90 days, medical insurance and benefits are available to full-time employees. All candidates are subject to pre-hire proficiency tests.
