Escapes Fence & Deck, is looking to hire a new deck lead. Looking for a responsible, hard working person with a positive attitude. The ideal candidate is excellent at efficient project management and pays attention to detail. Experience in deck construction is required, and references will be required. -Minimum 3 year deck experience. -Attendance and reliability are a must. -Must speak fluent English. -This is a labor position, and does require heavy lifting. -Position requires reliable transportation to our Lake Stevens shop. -Must have valid WA State Driver's License and be insurable to be considered. Crews work 10 hour days, Monday-Thursday. So you always get a 3 day weekend! Our crews work rain or shine, so you must be prepared to work outdoors in any weather.
