Full time experienced maintenance janitorial technician needed for brand new beautiful mid rise apartment building in Seattle's Capital Hill neighborhood. You must live on site and be available for on call after hours emergencies. NEW one bedroom loft apartment reduced to $50 per month in rent plus hourly full time pay 40 hours per week. All benefits 100% paid after 90 days, medical, dental, optical. Must be able to pass a background and drug screen. Only experienced apartment maintenance need apply with references.
