Looking to rehome this big guy. I saved him from getting dropped off to animal control about 4 months ago. He is a healthy dog other than a little limp sometimes which I just contribute to his age. This is Jerry. He is 7 years old. Weighs around 80lbs. He loves chewing and always needs good hard chews. Weird that he grew up with two other dogs but I think would be more happy as an only dog or with an older dog who isn't so frisky. He pulls on a leash and needs some training or different harness. Knows basic commands. Likes being free in the back yard. But must be fenced. He is currently living with 3 other gsd and 90 percent of the time no issues. But I think with any pack of dogs you are gonna have little fights. I was told he is allergic to fleas so basic monthly medicine takes care of that. And he isn't allergic to chicken but can break out if given too much. So I make sure his daily food is Purina Pro Pan Sensitive Skin and Stomach the Salmon flavored one. I dont think chicken is a real issue but since they mentioned it I keep it to a minimum. Ears need to be watched as they get infections if not cleaned. Unfortunately i don't have any official health docs as previous owner supposedly had them in storage. He is intact but I don't think fixing him would make much difference in attitude. I would like to get a $100 rehome fee just to confirm he is going to a good home. I will also be re homing his brother who is 3 years old if interested. I have a separate ad up for him.
