Job Title: Yard Attendant Reports To: General Manager Pay Structure: Hourly, Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM Roles & Responsibilities, Include but not limited to: Work with parts dept. to prepare sales order. Loading/unloading of equipment or shipments PDI New Machines Clean and prep Trucks and equipment for delivery Cleaning service bays by sweeping and taking out trash (Daily) Cleaning yard by sweeping, blowing or pressure washing ALL concrete and asphalt. (Weekly) Organizing new equipment along the fence to look professional and appealing Washing equipment when dirty Raising or lowering the jack so the tongues are all the same height Adjusting the discharge to face in the same direction and height Daily walk yard and pick up any trash, wheel chocks, or lumber and place in proper areas Open back gate by 8AM and close it around 5PM.
