NEW YORK CITY — Carl Heastie, one of New York City's most prominent politicians, tested positive for COVID-19. Heastie, a Bronx Democrat and Assembly Speaker, revealed the diagnosis Tuesday in a release and tweets. He said took a coronavirus test after "feeling under the weather."
