I'm looking to hire someone to help me with work that needs to be done in my house. I am a building contractor, with all tools, and will provide all materials. I am simply too busy with other things and I've decided that I'm not going to physically perform construction work anymore. I am NOT looking for a contractor. I'm looking for someone who wants to make a few extra bucks, wants something to keep them busy, who I can give instructions to and who will put some pride into doing the work correctly. You should have dome experience in connection, don't need to know how to do everything, but you absolutely must be able to follow instructions well. Junkies don't even think about replying. If you aren't willing to be drug tested, then you are not welcome. I know a junkie when I see one so it's better and safer for you if you don't even bother. Very easy going otherwise. Actually, people love working for me. Just respect me, my home, my property and come make money doing some stupid easy work. Might just be a couple hours here and there, might be some longer projects. I'm limited on funds so I'll schedule work around my budget. You will always have help when needed for lifting or multi person jobs and I'll always be here to answer questions.
