A knife was located by Officers and the suspect was trespassed from the store. 03/22/202108:47 INCIDENT 21001854 TRAFFIC INVESTIGATIONS COLUMBIA ST Cambridge Police responded to the area of Columbia and Hampshire Street for a report of a motor vehicle injury. 03/22/202109:12 INCIDENT 21001856 MISC. REPORT TYPE INMAN ST CPD responded on a report of a homeless encampment set up in the rear of a building. There was a no trespassing sign posted right above where this encampment was set up. The defendant was involved in a minor motor vehicle crash at the intersection of Broadway and Hampshire Street. Police were assisting the involved operators with exchanging vehicle and license information for insurance purposes. The defendant informed officers that he did not have an active license in Massachusetts. 03/22/202118:45 INCIDENT 21001879 MISC. REPORT TYPE ELM ST An Elm Street resident called the COVID-19 Teleserve Center to report a possible larceny by false pretenses. 03/22/202119:00 INCIDENT 21001880 ASSIST OTHER AGENCY LANGDON ST Cambridge Police assisted the Somerville Police Department in recovering a stolen item on Langdon Street. 03/22/202120:24 INCIDENT 21001881 ROBBERY, ARMED C265 S17 RINDGE AVE A Sherman Street resident reported being the victim of an armed robbery while walking on Rindge Avenue in North Cambridge after withdrawing money from an ATM. Officers searched the area for the reported suspect – described as a man, between 5'7" and 6' and wearing a dark jacket -- and took a report to document the incident.
