Press release from Belmont Public Schools: March 23, 2021 Announcing the 2021 OTA! Historically, this beloved program, sponsored by the Belmont Savings Bank Foundation, recognizes the extraordinary contributions made by teachers in the Belmont Public Schools. This 2020-21 school year has been turned upside down by the pandemic and required all staff members--teachers, custodians, paraprofessionals, guidance counselors, office staff, administrators, and food service staff to alter the day-to-day operations, think creatively and operate in a new and challenging world. The BSBF and the FBE do not want this tremendous dedication by ALL staff to go unrecognized. Therefore OTA 2021 will honor the entire staff of the Belmont Public Schools. YOUR WORDS OF APPRECIATION! For the BPS Staff & Teacher Appreciation 2021 we will create a 'secret surprise', using YOUR words and/or phrases that describe your appreciation to the BPS staff and teachers this year. Either thinking of all the staff or just a particular individual, please try come up with appropriate word(s) that could complete the sentence "Thank you for your…".
