U.S. Servico is looking for energetic and driven individuals to join our team! We are a growing commercial/corporate janitorial company that has been dedicated to a premium level of service for over 60 years! We are seeking a janitorial staff to fill 2 positions, cleaning in the Clio area. Days will be split for 3 and 4 nights a week. Shift time starts after 10 pm on weekdays and after 6:30 pm on weekends. Responsibilities: Able to use cleaning equipment if required (i.e. vacuum machine, back pack vacuum machine, walk behind floor scrubber) Using various cleaning chemicals Able to bend, stand, lift, etc. Ability to use cellphone application to clock in and clock out for scheduled work hours Ability to use cellphone application to complete inspection reports Clean and detail to customers satisfaction Clean area according to Servico Standards Protect yourself and others and wear your mask at all times during all work hours Show up to location on time, every time as scheduled Demonstrate ability to work in a team like setting or individually Able to work with minimal supervision Ability to lift up to 25lbs Qualifications: High School and/or GED is encouraged Previous commercial cleaning preferred; i.e., Office, Medical, Retail Must have reliable transportation to the job site Cleaning duties are but not limited to: Basic cleaning Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming Detailing Dusting Trash removal
