Wake County Young Republican Self Defense Class Join the Wake County Young Republicans for a small group, women's self defense class at Krav Maga in Raleigh on April 9 at 6:30. The class will last approximately 1 hour and be taught by Cassie Rhodes, a second degree blackbelt in Krav Maga. She will be teaching many strikes and a defense against a common attack. At the end, everything is put together in drills to help bring out the krav maga mindset and get past the freezing we naturally feel. The cost is $10 per participant via in kind donation to the Wake YRs. Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to sign a quick waiver on site. Please bring a water bottle, workout clothes and mask. Social distancing guidelines will be in place.
