Beer yoga class at Guidon Brewing in Hendersonville, North Carolina. Come join Mandy of Funky Flow Yoga for an all-levels, socially distanced beer yoga class outside at Guidon Brewing. This class is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. We WILL be enjoying a beer during class, so put on both your yoga pants and your drinking pants for this class! Stick around afterwards for dinner from the food truck and some more drinks with your new yoga friends! As always, if you or someone you've been in close contact with is experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, please stay home and join us another time. Please come at least 15 minutes before class to claim your mat space and grab a drink.
