From the City of Shreveport: March 22, 2021 The City of Shreveport will submit the following Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on March 30, 2021. This report was prepared outlining specific activities under-taken and accomplishments achieved with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds for the period January 01, 2020 through December 31, 2020.
