Description

After school staff will learn the importance of authentic assessment in their programs for youth. Hours: 1 Instructor: Linda Granger, CFLE CKA: Observation & Assessment Description: OST after-school staff and supervisors of school-age youth (ages 6+) will learn the importance of including authentic assessment (e.g., demonstrating real-world skills, providing meaningful feedback, having a deeper understanding of what is learned, and setting new learning goals) when providing STEM and STEAM learning activities to students in their programs. (Masks will be required)
