A monthly meeting to build real friendships with health conscious, heart-centered, and ambitious women. All the fun of a girls' night in, with a focus on deep conversations and wellness, instead of booze. We meet at my home, near the SE corner of Forsyth Park. Space is limited to preserve the safety and confidentiality required for deep and sensitive conversations about all things related to wellness. Join me for a monthly meeting of women creating deep friendships and supporting each other on our health and wellness journey. We'll play an authentic relating game or two to get warmed up and comfortable with each other. Each month will have a theme to guide our discussion. Bring any and all the questions and knowledge you have. We're here to show you you're not the only one with a particular concern or challenge. We're here to listen, share knowledge, and provide support for each other. Group size is limited to 8 to preserve the intimacy of the conversation and confidentiality of attendees. Doors open at 6:30 pm for casual mingling before the structured introductions begin at 7pm.
