I am an out-of-state real estate investor, in need of boots-on-the-ground support for an upcoming project. The job consists of picking up red flags at the local Environmental Health office in Bolivia, running out to several residential lots in Boiling Spring Lakes, and carefully marking the corners of the properties so that Environmental Health can conduct a soil evaluation on the properties. All materials, instructions, and photos of property lines will be provided. Timing of job can be flexible but may translate into future assignments if done properly. Only requirements are transportation, a tape measure, and a hammer. Serious replies are welcome, and no experience is required.
