HACKETTSTOWN, NJ - Spring has sprung and Patch is celebrating by seeking out the best spots in our area to grab a meal outside your own kitchen. Coinciding with the arrival of spring is the loosening of the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions on indoor dining. As of last week, restaurants and bars are allowed to operate at 50 percent capacity. An increase from the 35 percent New Jersey has been locked in for months. But still, with the warmer weather and slow vaccine rollout, many patrons are still opting for an outdoor dining experience.
