Found this friendly male off of E Grand and S Oak Grove in Springfield. He is skiddish at first but loves attention! He has a collar but no tags. No microchip. He knows some commands too. Help him get home please! Unfortunately we cannot hold onto him for very long. I really don’t want to have to take him to a shelter.
