Dip-pen calligraphy workshop, with delicious wine pairings by Taylor Tantillo of Honest Wine. Located in the historic West Bottoms. A calligraphy workshop with a fun little twist - come bask in the glorious natural light at Story School, located in the historic Livestock Exchange Building, and enjoy a lovely spring wine pairing by Taylor Tantillo (of Honest Wine). This class will be beginner level calligraphy (however all skill levels are welcome) and will include a calligraphy pen + nib, practice sheets with tracing paper, and all the fixin's to make your own card piece of calligraphy art. (Also, if you ask real nice, I'll lend a helping hand to whatever you're working on.) It will ALSO include a glass of wine from my personal favorite wine guy, Taylor. He'll give you a little insight about what he's pouring, and is happy to help educate and connect you with authentic wines and the stories behind them. His knowledge and passion is exactly what makes wine exciting. It's going to be a real treat, y'all. Can't wait to meet you all and sip some wine! Class is located on the 3rd floor of the livestock exchange building - down in the west bottoms.
