Press release from the City of Concord: March 23, 2021 The Concord City Council will hold a Public Hearing during Council's regular teleconference meeting on Monday April 12, 2021, at 7 p.m. to receive public comments pertaining to a request from RJM Family Properties to rezone approximately 28 acres of land off of Sonoma Lane from Open Space Residential (RO) and Single Family Residential (RS) to Medium Density Residential (RM), as well as approximately 7.5 acres off of Blueberry Lane from Open Space Residential (RO) to Single Family Residential (RS).
