PITTSBURGH, PA — President Joe Biden will appear in Pittsburgh next week in part to promote the $1.9 trillion coronavirus relief package he signed into law this month. Biden will appear on March 31, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported. Biden will make his first stop in western Pennsylvania since he became president.
