Looking for the One Frequent Traveler on I-10

On Jan 25 2021 between 8:30am and 10am. I left Phoenix going to Tucson. I am looking for truck, car OR individual who witnessed this event on a wet Monday morning as we are driving toward Tucson in the dog leg right at a posted mile marker one and then a nine and then a two. I was in the number three east bound lane in the area that exits a Arizona College off ramp clearly marked, one mile ahead from the spot this event took place. I am headed east, remember. Someone in the same direction saw what happen. Please, this is important, you saw it, reach out to me. It will stay anonymous I am only interested in the people headed to Tucson, Nogales or El Paso. You do not have to second guess, there will be something for the return of your effort to reach out with what I am looking for. It's that important.
