BoxSTRONG hosts an outdoor group fitness session including boxing & strength training! Awesome opportunity to grow our community! What to Bring: Athletic Gear, Boxing Gloves & Wraps, Sweat Towel, Exercise Mat (if desired) What to Expect: Boxing + Strength & Conditioning Training. We are bringing our indoor sessions to the outdoors and accommodating drills to meet the environment. Covid Considerations: We ask that you maintain social distancing and clean shared equipment between rounds. Cleaning tools will be provided. If you would prefer a mask, please supply your own. Who Should Attend: This session is open and available to all who show interest - whether currently a BoxSTRONG member or one interested in taking that next step with us. This is just an opportunity to gather our large community all at once and continue to open our arms to new friends. Pre-registration IS REQUIRED in order to properly plan equipment and programming. WAIVER & RELEASE: Because physical exercise can be strenuous and subject to risk of serious injury, we urge you to obtain a physical exam from a doctor before participating in any exercise activity. You agree that by participating, you do so entirely at your own risk. You agree that you are voluntarily participating in these activities, use of property and equipment and assume all risks of injury, illness, or death. We are not responsible for any loss of personal property. You expressly agree to release and discharge the trainers from any and all claims or causes of action and you agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that you may otherwise have to bring a legal action against the trainers for personal injury or property damage. To the extent that statute or case law does not prohibit releases for negligence, this release is for negligence. By completing this transaction and attending sessions, you agree you have read and understand these terms & release all liability.
